This Privacy Policy is issued by Hash Tech
("we," "us," "our"), the developer of Arrows - Escape Board. By downloading, installing, or using
the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
Account sign-in (optional). You can play the App entirely without an account.
If you choose to connect an account (Google, Sign in with Apple, or Game
Center), we receive basic profile information from that provider — typically your name, email
address, and profile photo, and a unique account identifier. We use this only to identify your
account and to save and restore your game progress across devices.
Support requests. If you email us for support or feedback, we receive whatever
you include in that message (e.g. your email address and message content).
2.2 Information collected automatically
Gameplay data. Level completion, streaks, unlocked awards, and daily-challenge
progress. This is stored on your device at all times; if you're signed in, it is also stored in
our cloud database so it can be restored if you reinstall the App or sign in on another device.
Device and usage data. Device model, operating system version, language
settings, app version, crash reports, and general usage/interaction data, collected via the
third-party services listed in Section 3.
Advertising identifiers. On Android, the App accesses the Google Advertising ID
(AD_ID) to serve and measure ads. On iOS, ad identifiers are only accessed with your permission
via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Purchase information. If you buy the "Remove Ads" option or any other in-app
purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and by our
subscription-management provider (RevenueCat). We receive confirmation of your purchase and
entitlement status — we do not receive or store your payment card details.
Push notification data. If you allow notifications, our notification provider
(OneSignal) assigns your device a push token so we can send you gameplay reminders (e.g. streak
or daily-challenge reminders). You can disable this anytime in your device settings.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
The App integrates the following third-party services, each of which may independently collect
and process data under its own privacy policy:
Service
Purpose
Privacy policy
Google Firebase (Authentication)
Optional account sign-in and cloud sync of progress
We don't control these providers' own data practices — please review their policies for details on
what they collect and how they use it.
4. How We Use Information
To operate the App and save/restore your gameplay progress
To let you sign in and sync progress across your devices
To process and validate in-app purchases
To show ads, including limiting how often the same ad is shown
To send optional gameplay push notifications
To diagnose crashes and improve app performance and stability
To respond to support requests
5. Advertising & Your Choices
The App shows ads served through Google AdMob, which may include personalized ads based on your
advertising identifier and app usage. You can:
Opt out of ads personalization in your device's ad settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy &
Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads)
On iOS, decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt to prevent cross-app tracking
Purchase "Remove Ads" to stop banner/interstitial ads entirely (rewarded ads for hints or extra
lives remain opt-in, shown only when you choose to watch one)
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers
listed in Section 3, as necessary for them to perform their function (authentication, cloud
storage, advertising, purchase processing, notifications), and where required by law.
7. Data Retention
Gameplay data stored only on your device remains until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
Cloud-synced data tied to a signed-in account is retained until you delete your account or request
deletion (see Section 8). Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained longer for analytics.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Sign out anytime from Settings > Account Connection — this stops cloud sync
but does not delete already-synced data.
Delete your data. To request deletion of your account and associated
cloud-stored progress, email us at
ahmadnasser.aff@gmail.com.
Access/correct your data by contacting us at the email above.
If you are in the EEA/UK, you have rights under the GDPR (access, correction, deletion,
portability, objection). If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA
(know, delete, opt out of sale/sharing — we do not sell personal information). Contact us to
exercise these rights.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and
we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided
us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures (including those provided by Firebase/Google Cloud) to protect
your information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security.
11. International Data Transfers
Our service providers (Firebase/Google Cloud, RevenueCat, OneSignal, Meta) may process and store
data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating
the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated
policy.
