1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Hash Tech ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Arrows - Escape Board mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. Description of Service

Arrows - Escape Board is a puzzle game in which you clear a board by moving arrow-shaped pieces along their path. The App includes free gameplay, optional account sign-in for cloud progress sync, optional in-app purchases, and third-party advertising.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App, and you must comply with the minimum age requirements of the app store you downloaded it from. If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction to consent to these Terms on your own, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

4. Accounts & Sign-In

• You can use the App without creating an account; your progress is then stored only on your device.
• You may optionally sign in with Google, Apple, or Game Center to sync your progress across devices. You're responsible for maintaining the security of the third-party account you use to sign in.
• We may suspend or terminate account access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where applicable law permits it
• Use cheats, automation tools, or exploits to manipulate gameplay, progress, or purchases
• Interfere with the App's servers, infrastructure, or other users' use of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. In-App Purchases

• The App offers optional purchases (e.g. "Remove Ads") billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, using the payment method on file with your app store account.
• Prices, currency, and taxes are set and displayed by the app store at time of purchase.
• Purchases are processed by Apple/Google and, where applicable, RevenueCat; we don't collect or store your payment card details.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies — we cannot directly issue refunds for app store purchases.

7. Advertising

The App displays third-party ads (via Google AdMob), including optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch for in-game hints or extra lives. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad personalization and your choices.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, code, and the "Arrows - Escape Board" name and logo, is owned by Hash Tech and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or its account-linked features at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App or other users. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hash Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hash Tech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, with venue in Beirut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Apple App Store Terms (iOS users)

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, you also acknowledge:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple — Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession/use of it, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, or claims under consumer protection law.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you're not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, and that you're not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
